Registration Information and Policies
Refund Policies
Refunds will be granted up to one week prior to the start of a class, but must be requested in writing. A $25.00 administration fee will be deducted. No refunds are given after the start of a course/workshop. If a student is unable to continue because of illness, a credit will be held over to the following course/workshop upon receipt of a medical letter. Credits not claimed after 12 months will be forfeited.
Cancellations
The Screen Training Works reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrolment. Registrants will be notified before the start of the course and will receive a full refund. It will not be possible to reschedule classes cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions. Every effort will be made to notify students as soon as possible of any such cancellations, but please call The Screen Training Works (613-526-5199) if you are not sure. No refunds/credits are given for missed classes, late registrations or classes cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather.
NSF cheques
There will be a charge of $25.00 for NSF cheques.
Payment of Fees
Fees quoted are for one class or workshop unless otherwise stated. Fees may be paid by cash, cheque, money order or PayPal /credit card. Fees are due in full prior to the start of the class. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis; spaces cannot be reserved in advance without payment. Complete course fees are due at the time of registration. HST will be charged in addition to tuition fees.
Waiting List
In the event that a course is full, please contact The Screen Training Works at (613) 526-5199 or email info@tstw.ca to have your name put on a waiting list. With enough interest, we may open another class. Those on the waiting list will be called only if space becomes available. In addition, check our website frequently for changes or updates to the status of the course.
